Confine me not

Writer's picture: Timothy JohnsonTimothy Johnson

Confine me not to a tiny corner where fear grips me.

Where the ghosts of the past mock me.

My spirit yearning for a brighter path.

A integrity rising above adversity.

A hunger for a deeper kind of love overcoming

the dark tides.

Confine me not to a small dark pit where there is no

escape from doom.

In all that is moral may my convictions run deep.
